The TV was a challenge to figure out how to get channels. The phone didn't work. The desk chair should be thrown away. The tub was not clean. The back door was broken. The bed was comfortable and clean. Minimal continental breakfast.

We had problems with the keycards and the door mechanism. There wasn’t enough staff to help us with the problem or even come to the room to check it out. The pool area was pretty poor shape. The town and the food was wonderful.

The room was a nice size, clean, and a comfortable bed. I knocked down 1 star for hotel cleanliness because the carpets from the casino and parking area to the hotel were very soiled. The parking garage is not convenient to hotel guest. You have to walk through the garage to the entrance to the casino ...
